A new Danceschool will open doors shortly (read: Salsaschool, since the main emphasis will be placed on salsa and other Latin-American dances). Until now salsa classes have been taking place in different locations all over the city with constantly changing locations. Often the training halls are not that great.

The objective of the new Danceschool is to develop and popularise Latin-American as well as other dances. The school aims to gather strong dance knowledge, good training conditions and nice free time spending opportunities. The location of the Danceschool is very central, just across the road from Estonia Opera Theatre, Estonia pst 7.. The school will offer different dancing opportunities: trainings, practice sessions, dance parties, private lessons etc. Definitely everyone will find the most suitable form of training and dance style - salsa, merengue, cha cha, belly dancing, ladies styling, bachata, west coast swing, niteclub 2 step etc. In addition to dancing, we hope to offer the possibilities to learn yoga, self defense and other interesting things.
The teachers of the Danceschool are some of the same teachers that we all know, such as Pirje, Sass, Xavier, Alina etc, and new ones or visiting instructors. The school is meant to be used by any teacher who is interested in teaching their classes. It is a good chance to move your classes to new training rooms in the city centre or to start your teacher career.""...and now the best news (at least in the short run . There will be a big opening party on the 27th of May, starting at 19:00, which no salsa fanatic should miss. And what's also great... the local salseros/salseras will be supported by salsa dancers from Finland. So it's going to be an international party!!! Food and beverages can be bought on the spot "
